Syndial Task Manager

Interfase designed the digital migration of the decision process for the standard remediation activities of Syndial (today Eni-Rewind). Interfase mapped the information needed in the decision process and the workflow which lead to the management of personnel and suppliers. The user experience includes two patterns: meeting in which it is used as main source of information and as a task manager to collect and organize in real-time all the information about the real world processes.
Interfase has worked with the client in a co-design process based on fast-prototyping. The outcome is an interactive mock-up. The ICT of the client will use this resource as specification to develop the software, interfacing the existing databases.
